Our Senior Leadership Team recently attended two mental health and wellbeing workshops run by Frederika Roberts on behalf of Chapter Mental Health.  I really enjoyed having the opportunity to step out of the ‘day job’ to focus upon myself and my team. We absorb so much on a daily basis from others but rarely have the opportunity to invest in our own well-being, and sometimes our needs can be ignored.
