I was lucky enough to attend a superb immersive and interactive Appreciative Inquiry workshop session run by Frederika at the Positive Psychology Summit 2024 in Bedford. It was a fantastic experience - the subject area is clearly an area of passion and expertise for Frederika - her energetic and educational delivery of the subject, and the explanations and guidance of the interactive elements, were excellent. As as a result, the work that we were able to generate in our groups, in a relatively short amount of time, was so powerful it really demonstrated the potential for Appreciative Inquiry to positively improve any organisation or sector of the population. Thank you Frederika - a great and thought-provoking experience.

As a new member of staff, this was a really helpful way to grasp teacher concerns & understand staff really immediately. Focused & Engaging.

Cheshire West and Chester Council Public Health Team worked in partnership with Frederika on a project to improve the mental health and wellbeing of school senior leadership teams. When working with her, we were extremely impressed by her ability to develop a strong relationship with local school leaders. She built up a relationship of trust through demonstrating her excellent knowledge and understanding of both mental health and the education system. We were able to rely on her to lead the project without additional support and guidance, which was extremely important at a time when the council was also delivering an emergency response and unable to offer the usual level of support for commissioned projects. Her dedication, commitment and hard work were instrumental to the success of the project. Feedback from the schools has been extremely positive and identified several of Frederika's key attributes such as her warmth, knowledge and approachable nature as well as her excellent ability as a trainer. We would be extremely happy to work in partnership with Frederika in the future.
