Through my previous partnerships / organisations (RWS | Resilience Wellbeing Success, Educate to Flourish CIC), I have guided and supported school staff through extended action research projects. These were co-published with the schools / multi-academy trusts who engaged me for this work, and staff were given the opportunity to present their work to colleagues and external stakeholders.
